SAP Change Manager / Functional Business Analyst

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an experienced SAP Change Manager and Functional Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in a large-scale ERP transformation program. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to analyze complex business processes, identify critical interdependencies, and assess their impact on the overall SAP implementation strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with senior stakeholders to document and analyze end-to-end business processes.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and assess their impact on ERP transformation activities.
• Facilitate alignment between business units and project teams to ensure project success.
• Prepare governance materials, project updates, and executive-level reporting.
• Drive process visibility, risk identification, and mitigation planning across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ERP transformation projects, specifically involving SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Supply Chain.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid PMO experience, including project tracking and governance.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse business and technology teams.
