SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Project Manager

BPX S.A. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep, hands-on expertise in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) to lead a critical workstream within a long-term transformation programme. This role requires a unique blend of project management proficiency and technical understanding of CFIN architecture, processes, and implementation dependencies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of an SAP Central Finance workstream within a complex transformation programme.
• Manage the project plan, scope, milestones, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business, finance, SAP functional, technical, and data teams.
• Drive activities related to CFIN design, source-system integration, data replication, mapping, reconciliation, testing, and cutover.
• Identify CFIN-specific risks and challenge project teams based on practical implementation knowledge.

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) is the most important requirement.
• Proven experience managing SAP CFIN implementations or major CFIN workstreams.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end CFIN processes, including data replication, mapping, reconciliation, integration, and testing.
• Strong project management experience gained in complex SAP or finance transformation programmes.
• Professional fluency in English and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
