Training process

The program is structured to respect your schedule while ensuring deep technical immersion.

• Stage 1: Selective phase (~2 weeks, 15 hrs/week) - An introductory sprint covering the fundamentals. This stage concludes with a knowledge check and a recruiter interview to identify the most committed candidates.
• Stage 2: Technical Deep Dive (~2 months, 15 hrs/week) - Gain full access to the system. You’ll work on a personal project with real-time Q&A sessions and direct chat support from EPAM experts.

What is required for training:

General requirements:

• Citizens of Poland or permanent residents who are eligible to work in this country
• Final year university students, graduates or specialists changing careers
• Individuals aged 18 years or older

Skills requirements:

• English level from B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
• Basic knowledge of RDBMS and SQL

Nice to have:

• Fluency in Polish at C1 (Advanced) level or higher
