SAP Application Manager

Harvey Nash Technology is seeking a dedicated SAP Application Manager to join their team as a functional expert for HSE and Product Compliance solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and IT implementation, ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of critical systems in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT, translating complex requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Manage the application lifecycle, including hands-on configuration, testing, documentation, and cybersecurity vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with external providers and internal teams to ensure high-quality incident resolution and service delivery as a level 3 expert.
• Lead small-scale projects and contribute expert knowledge to larger global initiatives, including system upgrades and roadmap development.
• Support business change management by conducting training sessions and webinars to ensure effective adoption of new solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP functional analyst, with a specific focus on Product Compliance or related ERP modules.
• Strong background in HESQ management activities within production environments and familiarity with IT delivery processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to design robust solutions and produce detailed technical documentation.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and coordinate with diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills, with a customer-service orientation and experience in stakeholder management.
