SAP ABAP BTP developer

Red Global is looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join a dynamic project on a freelance basis. This role focuses on delivering high-quality technical solutions within SAP S/4HANA and BTP environments, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP solutions using ABAP and OO ABAP.
• Deliver technical enhancements within SAP S/4HANA environments and optimize CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services.
• Utilize SAP BTP to develop and extend applications while supporting cloud-based integrations.
• Develop and maintain complex SAP interfaces using APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA development and modern ABAP techniques.
• Practical knowledge of SAP BTP, including application development and integration scenarios.
• Strong proficiency in CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services.
• Ability to independently analyze business requirements and collaborate effectively within a distributed team.
