Salesforce Technical Business Analyst (Poland)

Flosum is seeking a visionary Salesforce Technical Business Analyst to help shape the future of enterprise-grade DevOps, security, and data management on the Salesforce platform. You will own the product roadmap for our native solutions, working directly with leadership to define and ship products that create new categories within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across DevOps, Backup, Trust Center, and Data Seeding product lines.
• Translate deep Salesforce platform knowledge into high-value product capabilities for enterprise customers.
• Lead the development of AI-powered DevOps features, including intelligent deployment agents and automated security scanning.
• Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers to understand complex pain points and translate them into elegant product solutions.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while partnering with engineering to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Deep technical understanding of Salesforce metadata architecture, deployment pipelines, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• Proven track record of shipping products that enterprise customers in regulated industries have adopted.
• Strong perspective on how AI and Agentforce will reshape Salesforce development and governance.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present vision to C-suite audiences and technical specs to engineering teams.
