Salesforce Technical Architect

Productiv Team is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure solutions within complex enterprise environments. You will play a pivotal role in building custom applications, managing integrations, and driving architectural decisions on high-impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage Salesforce packages while establishing best practices for collaborative development.
• Apply agile methodologies throughout the full project lifecycle to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Uphold rigorous QA standards, including peer reviews, test case creation, and thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate strategic goals into technical builds.
• Take full ownership of tasks and identify opportunities to improve existing programs.

Requirements

• Multiple Salesforce certifications, with Certified Application or System Architect status strongly preferred.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Technical Architect on Salesforce implementation projects.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Development, Salesforce DX, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and implementing AppExchange applications.
• Familiarity with middleware and API integrations for complex system ecosystems.
