Key responsibilities

• Collaborating with clients to analyze business requirements and facilitate process reviews.
• Implementing solutions leveraging Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ and Billing.
• Partnering with Solution and Technical Architects to deliver high-quality project enhancements.
• Translating complex client needs into effective Salesforce designs using industry best practices.
• Developing technical requirements for internal developers and providing end-user training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing and working with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce administration and hands-on experience with Salesforce instances.
• Strong ability to assess and improve business processes through Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team structure.
