Salesforce Product Owner

MARGO is seeking a business-centric and tech-savvy Salesforce Product Owner to join our team and drive the evolution of our CRM ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical development teams, ensuring that our Salesforce platform, including Media Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, delivers maximum value to the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and growth strategies for the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications for development teams.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with offshore development resources to oversee the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Monitor platform performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce clouds, specifically Media Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Experience working in an agile environment and managing complex product backlogs.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient CRM solutions.
