Salesforce Product Owner (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is seeking a skilled Salesforce Product Owner to join our team and drive the development of innovative solutions within an international environment. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, focusing on enhancing employee and operational experiences through the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, specifically focusing on Service Cloud.
• Manage the product backlog and define priorities in close collaboration with key business stakeholders.
• Co-create the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Analyze user needs and translate them into clear business and functional requirements.
• Monitor product adoption, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for future enhancements.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and a strong business-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize requirements, and facilitate effective stakeholder communication.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working within product teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration across international teams.
