About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to enhance our marketing capabilities. You will work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless functionality and execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and manage email campaigns, customer journeys, and automation workflows.
• Ensure data integrity and synchronization between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and, primarily, Salesforce Sales Cloud/CRM.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing solutions to enhance performance and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Technical Profile

Required Skills and Experience:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and integrations with Salesforce CRM.
• Programming and Scripting:
  • Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and landing page development.
• Data Management:
  • Ability to manage and manipulate large datasets within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with data extensions, segmentation, and audience building.
• API and Integration:
  • Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and data synchronization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.
• Experience with additional Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
