Salesforce Engineer

Ciklum is a custom product engineering company seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer to join our cross-functional team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale strategic projects and enhancing the Salesforce ecosystem to support commercial, marketing, and customer service operations on a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform automation tools like Flows.
• Build and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems using REST, SOAP, and various API patterns.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance to ensure high performance and scalable architecture.
• Manage change processes via CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like GitHub to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide guidance to team members to foster a knowledge-sharing environment.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator, with specific expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Expert proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CLI, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows.
