Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Itransition is seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to take ownership of the end-to-end release process. In this role, you will manage deployment pipelines, coordinate across teams, and ensure production stability while maintaining a hands-on approach to development.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate and manage release and deployment processes, including sandbox strategy and environment management.
• Design and operate CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using industry-standard tooling.
• Establish and enforce development best practices, including code reviews and automated testing.
• Manage version control systems and complex branching strategies to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate release cadences and maintain robust rollback procedures.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT with a strong background in hands-on Salesforce development.
• Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, SOQL, and Lightning.
• Proven experience in source-driven deployments and change management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform constraints and features.
• Excellent English communication skills for leading technical and process-oriented discussions.
