Salesforce Developer

KUBO Poland is seeking a Regular Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic team supporting a client in the financial sector. You will play a key role in the development and continuous improvement of a Salesforce platform that powers business-critical processes within a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and improving the Salesforce platform using custom solutions based on Apex and LWC.
• Analyzing requirements, designing technical solutions, estimating tasks, and implementing high-quality code.
• Ensuring code quality, security, and strict compliance with established development standards.
• Collaborating closely with Developers, Analysts, Testers, Designers, and Product Owners to deliver robust features.
• Participating in software testing and maintaining application performance through proactive monitoring.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in Salesforce development with a strong understanding of the platform.
• Practical expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL, along with familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong grasp of OOP principles, relational databases, design patterns, and software development best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
• Good command of the English language for effective team communication.
