Salesforce Developer

YourITeams is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable CRM solutions that support global sales operations. You will collaborate with product owners and enterprise IT teams to translate complex business requirements into robust Salesforce capabilities, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce implementations using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
• Configure and extend Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales process automation.
• Design and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and platform events.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs that adhere to Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
• Participate in technical design reviews, system testing, and release management to ensure high-quality platform performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and permission sets.
• Proven ability to independently analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with experience working in Agile teams.
