Salesforce Developer

emagine Polska is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join the Policy & Safety product area within the Content Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce CRM tool, which is essential for managing case reviews and protecting content rights on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party services.
• Enhance the case management process and continuously improve automation workflows.
• Design and develop flexible, scalable solutions that meet evolving business requirements.
• Improve the overall maintainability and quality of existing features and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and implement effective technical solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce developer with a focus on Service Cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs and when to leverage out-of-the-box features versus custom code or flows.
• Proven experience in setting up Omnichannel, routing, Email-to-case, and escalation rules.
• Proficiency in source-driven development schemes using CI/CD tools.
• Ability to work independently, drive projects forward, and quickly adapt to new technical challenges.
