Salesforce Developer

Quest Software is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our Global IT team and drive the evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will design and build scalable solutions that support our global Go-To-Market organization, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams to solve complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative platform capabilities.
• Build scalable automation using Salesforce Flows and develop integrations with enterprise platforms using APIs and middleware.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and ensure end-to-end process alignment.
• Follow development best practices, including code reviews, documentation, testing, and release management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while staying current with emerging Salesforce technologies and AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years building and customizing solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and data management.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and familiarity with tools like Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, and Boomi.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
