Responsibilities: 
•    Salesforce Platform development and configuration
•    Salesforce Customer Care implementation delivered in Agile


Requirements:
•    Good understanding of Salesforce Einstein AI and Agentforce (Agents, Prompt Templates, out of the box Agentforce for Service features)
•    Good understanding of Salesforce Knowledge setup
•    Strong development skills (Apex, LWC)
•    Good understanding of Service Cloud out of the box features
