Salesforce Consultant

Digital Forms is looking for a dedicated Salesforce Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that our Salesforce environment is optimized to meet organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document project requirements.
• Map out complex business processes and customer journeys to improve operational efficiency.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories for development.
• Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools, including flows, permission sets, custom objects, and fields.
• Manage sharing and visibility settings to ensure data security and alignment with business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce configuration and declarative development.
• Strong understanding of business processes and CRM best practices.
• Expertise in managing sharing and visibility settings within the Salesforce platform.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead workshops and facilitate effective requirement-gathering sessions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
