Salesforce Business Analyst

fusionSpan is an AI-first organization dedicated to innovation and community impact. We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Innovation Lab, where you will play a key role in analyzing business needs, crafting product solutions, and supporting our suite of accelerators.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business and technical analysis across all Innovation Lab products.
• Translate product direction into clear functional and technical requirements by analyzing customer workflows and system behavior.
• Support product build efforts by clarifying requirements and validating completed work.
• Serve as a primary owner for product support inquiries, performing root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including functional specifications and knowledge base content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical BA role within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations, including advanced knowledge of Flows, Permission Sets, and Data Modeling.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle in an Agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to perform gap analysis between standard Salesforce functionality and custom requirements.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
