Salesforce Business Analyst (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and drive the development of Salesforce-based products in an international environment. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, focusing on leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance operational experiences and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Manage the product backlog and define priorities in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning, and long-term development strategy.
• Analyze user needs and translate them into clear business and functional requirements.
• Monitor product usage, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops and defining effective business solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration in an international environment.
