Salesforce Architect (with Salesforce Field Service)

YourITeams is looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Field Service solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that our clients leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform to optimize their field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business requirements and advise on best practices for leveraging Salesforce Field Service.
• Design robust solution architectures that align with client objectives and long-term strategy.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Field Service components, including dispatch rules, scheduling, and resource management.
• Lead discussions with business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and effective knowledge transfer.
• Document solution architecture, processes, and implementation recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience with Salesforce, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing complex Field Service solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including data models, security, and integrations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
