About the Role
As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead the technical strategy, solution design, and implementation of complex Salesforce ecosystems across global transformation programs. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role — combining architecture expertise, team guidance, and client advisory responsibilities.
You will drive architectural decisions, mentor technical teams, and shape delivery standards for scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions. In close partnership with senior stakeholders, you will ensure that every implementation aligns with both business value and long-term platform excellence.
This role is ideal for an architect ready to take broader ownership across multiple projects — influencing best practices, capability building, and technical direction within the Salesforce practice.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end Salesforce solution design and architecture for large-scale, multi-cloud implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and CPQ).
- Own technical direction across delivery teams, ensuring architecture integrity, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce and TechTorch best practices.
- Guide and mentor developers, consultants, and junior architects, providing technical oversight, code review, and structured learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with client executives and business stakeholders to define solution roadmaps and translate business goals into actionable architectures.
- Drive system integration strategies between Salesforce and external enterprise systems (ERP, Data Warehouse, AI platforms) using APIs and middleware tools.
- Establish architectural standards and governance frameworks for configuration, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Lead technical discovery and architecture review sessions, ensuring solution feasibility and alignment with business requirements.
- Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to embed AI, automation, and advanced analytics into Salesforce solutions.
- Support capability development within the Salesforce team — contributing to internal playbooks, accelerators, and technical frameworks.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a high-impact leader who combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong mentoring, strategy, and delivery management skills.
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce ecosystem implementations; at least 3+ years in an architect or lead role overseeing multi-cloud programs.
- Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architectures in enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, as well as CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
- Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and data integration with CRM, ERP, and analytics systems.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect preferred.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and leading technical teams — fostering collaboration and growth.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders, balancing technical depth with business communication.
- Hands-on knowledge of configuration, Apex, Lightning Components, and DevOps tooling.
- Comfortable driving execution in Agile, fast-paced consulting environments.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement.
