Salesforce Architect

Britenet is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join a team of digital transformation experts. You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering advanced end-to-end solutions, ensuring high-quality technical standards and scalability for complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Salesforce packages while identifying best practices for co-development environments.
• Collaborate with project managers, lead developers, and business analysts to translate requirements into robust technical specifications.
• Maintain high quality through peer reviews, exhaustive test case creation, and thorough documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Take full ownership of tasks from inception to completion, ensuring project milestones are met within an Agile framework.
• Continuously improve existing programs and stay updated with the latest platform technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce, specifically in Technical Architect or Tech Lead roles.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce DX, and integration platforms like MuleSoft.
• Proven experience in designing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Copado, Gearset, or GitHub Actions.
• Must hold at least one of the following certifications: Application Architect or System Architect.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) and readiness to work US-aligned hours (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM CET).
