Salesforce Administrator in the EU

Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Administrator in the EU for a project enhancing a digital lending platform and supporting scalable, customer-focused financial solutions. 

The customer is an international financial technology company that develops digital platforms for consumer financial services. It focuses on building secure, data-driven solutions that simplify financial processes, improve accessibility, and enhance the customer experience through automation, advanced analytics, and scalable cloud-based technologies. 

The project is focused on developing and enhancing a digital consumer lending platform. It includes modernizing credit services, improving lending processes, and delivering scalable, data-driven solutions that expand access to affordable financing while optimizing operational efficiency and customer experience. 

Responsibilities: 

• Designing, refactoring, and troubleshooting Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled, and Autolaunched Flows. 

• Ensuring fault handling, performance, and maintainability across sandbox and production. 

• Setting up and maintaining Cases, Queues, Assignment & Escalation Rules, Entitlements, Milestones, Omni-Channel, and the Lightning Service Console (macros, quick actions, utility bars). 

• Runing imports, exports, and mass updates via Data Loader. 

• Enforcing integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and cleansing. 

• Building reports and dashboards. 

• Configuring profiles, permission sets (groups), roles, sharing rules, and field-level security aligned with auxmoney's data protection standards. 

• Creating and maintaining standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and Lightning record pages. 

• Keeping schema documentation current. 

Must-haves: 

• Commercial experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a production environment of 4+ years. 

• Strong hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud. 

• Proven expertise in building and maintaining complex Salesforce Flows, including subflows, fault handling, and optimization. 

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices, including change sets and sandbox management. 

• Strong experience with Salesforce data management, including data imports/exports, deduplication, and data quality maintenance. 

• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, organization-wide defaults (OWD), sharing rules, and field-level security (FLS). 

• Knowledge of GDPR/DSGVO requirements and best practices for CRM data handling. 

• Experience working with Salesforce standard and custom objects, object relationships, and schema design. 

• Ability to work independently in an international environment. 

• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
