Sales Development Representative | Czech Republic

We are currently expanding our operations in the Czech Republic and are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to join our growing team and help us reach new business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Searching for potential business partners across the Czech market and identifying key decision-makers.
• Conducting prospecting activities through phone, email, and LinkedIn to initiate new business relationships.
• Holding initial conversations to understand client needs and presenting our solution via online video meetings.
• Scheduling meetings for senior sales colleagues and maintaining accurate client information in our CRM system.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to share insights and track daily performance metrics.

Requirements

• Excellent C1 or native-level proficiency in Czech, along with communicative English or Polish skills.
• A friendly, professional approach with comfort in communicating over the phone and online.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on quality interactions and data management.
• A goal-oriented mindset with a genuine curiosity for business development and sales processes.
• Openness to feedback, continuous learning, and working effectively within a team environment.
