Sales Agent (Securities & Commodities)

micro1 is seeking experienced Sales Agents specializing in securities and commodities to contribute to a pioneering project focused on advancing frontier AI benchmarks. In this role, you will leverage your deep domain expertise to train next-generation AI systems, ensuring they can reason and perform effectively within complex financial market scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Develop realistic evaluation tasks that simulate complex activities in securities and commodities trading, client advisory, and compliance reasoning.
• Source and curate authentic supporting materials, including market data, client documentation, and relevant regulatory references.
• Define and justify correct market decisions or advisory actions while strictly adhering to compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Author comprehensive rubrics to systematically assess AI agent performance in market judgment, compliance sensitivity, and communication accuracy.
• Collaborate with technical teams to refine benchmarking standards and ensure task authenticity.

Requirements

• Active Series 7/63 license or an international equivalent demonstrating high-level regulatory proficiency.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience at a brokerage, banking, or trading platform with significant exposure to compliance-driven workflows.
• Direct, hands-on involvement in executing trades and providing client advisory services within securities and commodities markets.
• Strong ability to interpret complex market data, technical documentation, and regulatory materials with precision.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with a proven ability to produce clear, detailed technical documentation and nuanced grading rubrics.
