Key responsibilities
- Develop realistic evaluation tasks that simulate complex activities in securities and commodities trading, client advisory, and compliance reasoning.
- Source and curate authentic supporting materials, including market data, client documentation, and relevant regulatory references.
- Define and justify correct market decisions or advisory actions while strictly adhering to compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Author comprehensive rubrics to systematically assess AI agent performance in market judgment, compliance sensitivity, and communication accuracy.
- Collaborate with technical teams to refine benchmarking standards and ensure task authenticity.
Requirements
- Active Series 7/63 license or an international equivalent demonstrating high-level regulatory proficiency.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience at a brokerage, banking, or trading platform with significant exposure to compliance-driven workflows.
- Direct, hands-on involvement in executing trades and providing client advisory services within securities and commodities markets.
- Strong ability to interpret complex market data, technical documentation, and regulatory materials with precision.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a proven ability to produce clear, detailed technical documentation and nuanced grading rubrics.
