SaC Engineer

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a skilled SaC Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex standards and technical requirements into machine-readable specifications, automated validation rules, and robust compliance frameworks to support our engineering initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed JSON and YAML specifications and schemas.
• Develop validation rules, linting controls, and comprehensive conformance tests.
• Build reusable validation libraries and innovative policy-as-code solutions.
• Design efficient repository structures for standards, rules, tests, and evidence.
• Integrate automated validation checks directly into CI/CD and operational workflows.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in software engineering, quality engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Strong proficiency in working with JSON and YAML data formats.
• Hands-on experience with schema validation, test automation, linting, or policy-as-code methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of Git, version control systems, and repository management.
• Proven ability to translate complex business or technical requirements into executable rules.
