SaaSOps Engineer ($80,000/year USD), @CXT Software

CXT Software is seeking a dedicated SaaSOps Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of our production SaaS platform. You will manage infrastructure across Azure and AWS, ensuring high availability and performance for our clients in the delivery and healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage Azure and AWS infrastructure using Terraform and maintain CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
• Operate and maintain Windows Server and SQL Server environments, including patching, backups, and performance tuning.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Manage the full incident lifecycle, including on-call rotations, troubleshooting, and writing detailed root cause analysis reports.
• Enforce security best practices, manage least-privilege access, and maintain SOC 2 compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a cloud engineer managing production workloads on Azure or AWS.
• Proven expertise in deploying infrastructure via Terraform and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell automation and production-level SQL Server or Azure SQL management.
• Demonstrated experience in handling production on-call duties and conducting thorough incident investigations.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
