Russian Language Specialist – AI Trainer

Invisible Technologies is seeking a dedicated Russian Language Specialist to contribute to the development of advanced large-scale language models. You will play a critical role in refining AI capabilities by applying your deep linguistic expertise to ensure high-quality, accurate, and contextually sound model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in complex conversations with AI models to test linguistic accuracy and logical reasoning.
• Analyze and document failure modes related to Russian phonology, syntax, semantics, and idiomatic expressions.
• Verify the factual accuracy and structural integrity of model outputs across various scenarios.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering strategies and evaluation metrics based on your findings.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in the Russian language, including a deep understanding of its morphology, syntax, and sociolinguistics.
• Advanced academic background, preferably a Master’s or PhD in Russian language, linguistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in linguistic analysis, teaching, or research projects.
• Strong metacognitive communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and document complex linguistic reasoning.
