Ruby on Rails Fullstack Developer

Reffine is seeking a skilled Mid/Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team for a long-term collaboration. You will play a key role in building new products and enhancing our existing mature systems, including CMS and Stock Management platforms, while working in a collaborative environment that prioritizes code quality and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Implementing new features across both greenfield projects and existing applications.
• Refactoring and optimizing existing codebases to ensure scalability and performance.
• Performing thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality.
• Contributing to product development by sharing ideas for improvements and features.
• Having a direct impact on our tech stack by proposing and adopting new technologies.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial experience working with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby, Rspec, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with agentic coding and modern AI integration concepts.
• Communicative proficiency in both Polish and English at a minimum B2 level.
