Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend features and APIs using Ruby on Rails.
• Build scalable backend services supporting complex business applications.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, business-focused solutions.
• Improve application performance, reliability, maintainability, and overall system scalability.
• Write clean, production-ready code with comprehensive unit and integration test coverage.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial experience working with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong proficiency in building and maintaining production-grade APIs and backend systems.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design principles.
• Proven experience with RSpec and automated testing frameworks.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Heroku.
• Strong communication skills in English, at a B2 level or higher.
