Ruby on Rails – Junior/Middle

SOFTSWISS is looking for a dedicated Ruby on Rails Engineer to join the Casino Platform team. You will play a vital role in maintaining and evolving our high-load iGaming platform, focusing on backend stability and the automation of technical workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex product issues while implementing long-term preventative solutions.
• Automate manual and repetitive operational tasks to improve overall system efficiency.
• Collaborate with a professional team to enhance platform reliability and performance.
• Continuously expand your technical expertise by working with modern backend technologies and domains.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in software development or L3 support.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with database management.
• Practical familiarity with Linux, Bash, and Git version control.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with an understanding of modern web architecture.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English and Russian.
