RTR Accountant / Senior RTR Accountant (German Language)

Conduent is seeking a dedicated RTR Accountant or Senior RTR Accountant to join our international team. This fully remote role focuses on managing general ledger activities and ensuring financial accuracy for our clients while utilizing your German language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Month-End Close activities including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support inventory accounting, fixed assets, depreciation allocation, intercompany transactions, and GL accounting activities.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support business decision-making.
• Maintain master data and Chart of Accounts in accordance with established controls and governance standards.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and proactively manage client queries, escalations, and service delivery expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of RTR or General Ledger Accounting experience.
• Strong experience in MEC, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and financial reporting.
• German language proficiency at a minimum B2 level, with C1 preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in an international Shared Services environment.
