[RTC] Junior AI-Driven Software Engineer

Software Mind is looking for a growth-oriented Junior Software Engineer to join an agile, international team focused on the strategic transformation of IT ecosystems for the travel industry. You will work on building modern, scalable solutions from scratch while leveraging AI tools as a core part of your daily development workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Developing backend tasks in .NET, maintaining APIs, and assisting with system integrations.
• Writing clean, testable code and creating unit tests with the support of experienced mentors.
• Utilizing AI tools consciously for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and technical research.
• Participating in code reviews, internal workshops, and technical demos.
• Collaborating with senior developers to verify AI-generated solutions before implementation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial experience and practical knowledge of C# and .NET/ASP.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience demonstrated through personal projects, a GitHub profile, or commercial work.
• Basic understanding of backend development, Web API, Entity Framework, and databases.
• Practical skills in leveraging AI tools for debugging, research, and automation.
• Strong understanding of AI limitations, data security, and the necessity of code verification.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher with strong communication skills.
