[RPG] Scrum Master

Software Mind is looking for a pragmatic Scrum Master to join a collaborative, international team building innovative document management software for the healthcare sector. You will work alongside developers, testers, and engineers to drive process improvements and support high-performing teams in a supportive, non-corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach Scrum teams to enable self-organization and the achievement of sprint goals.
• Facilitate communication and essential Scrum ceremonies to ensure team alignment.
• Improve workflows beyond the team level by collaborating with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations, acting flexibly as a coach, facilitator, or problem-solver.
• Demonstrate and communicate the value delivered by the development teams and your own role.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial experience working within Agile frameworks.
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach to coordination rather than rigid adherence to the Scrum Guide.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements across wider organizational boundaries.
• Experience engaging with technical leadership to advocate for solutions and perform root cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage workloads and set boundaries effectively.
