[RPG] Project Coordinator / Manager

Software Mind is looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator or Manager to join an international team building innovative document management software for the clinical research sector. You will work alongside developers, testers, and DevOps engineers in a collaborative, trust-based environment focused on delivering high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach Scrum teams to enable self-organization and the achievement of sprint goals.
• Improve processes beyond the team level by collaborating with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and other development or QA teams.
• Coordinate day-to-day work, acting flexibly as a coach, Scrum Master, or problem-solver depending on current needs.
• Facilitate communication and essential Scrum ceremonies while demonstrating the value delivered by the team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial experience working in an Agile environment.
• A pragmatic mindset with the ability to adapt processes rather than following Scrum by the book.
• Proven track record of driving improvements across wider organizational processes and communicating value effectively.
• Experience engaging with technical leadership, including CTOs and Team Leaders, to advocate for solutions and perform root cause analysis.
• Strong ability to think independently, manage workloads, and say no when necessary.
