RPA Developer

Red Global is looking for a skilled RPA Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of advanced automation solutions. You will play a key role in optimizing business processes by designing, building, and testing automation robots while leveraging modern technologies to drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining robust automation solutions to streamline business operations.
• Analyzing complex business processes and gathering technical requirements for new projects.
• Building custom tools using Python to support automation workflows.
• Testing and deploying automation robots to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Identifying and implementing opportunities to integrate AI tools for improved quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience with RPA tools, with a strong preference for UiPath.
• Solid knowledge of VBA macros and automation scripting techniques.
• Hands-on experience working with SQL and various database systems like Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience in integrating disparate systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency in both English and Polish at a B2–C1 level.
