ROI Support Specialist - Remote

Sharecare is a digital healthcare company dedicated to improving care quality and patient outcomes through data-driven AI insights and comprehensive health management platforms. We are currently seeking a dedicated ROI Support Specialist to join our remote team and assist in the seamless fulfillment of medical record requests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Release of Information Specialists in resolving complex issues related to medical record fulfillment.
• Ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations and relevant state and federal laws during the release of medical information.
• Perform data entry and quality control measures to maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with customer service and internal departments to resolve workflow bottlenecks.
• Research and address record issues promptly to minimize turnaround delays and escalate critical matters to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience with Sharecare HDS in QC, Credit & Collections, or Customer Service.
• Proficiency in internal electronic record workflow systems and standard office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and adhering to corporate integrity and security obligations.
