Resource Optimization Specialist

United Audit Systems, Inc. (UASI) is a rapidly growing healthcare consulting firm seeking a detail-oriented Resource Optimization Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our client-facing teams are deployed efficiently and productively by supporting capacity forecasting, real-time resource utilization, and strategic staffing alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain real-time visibility of staff availability, client assignments, and capacity across various service lines.
• Forecast resource needs based on volume trends, renewals, new client acquisition, and turnover cycles.
• Align resources to client engagements based on specific skill sets, performance history, and availability.
• Monitor utilization and productivity KPIs to support margin protection targets and identify staffing risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a flexible pool of resources eligible for deployment across multiple engagements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, resource planning, or resource management.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on resource forecasting and performance modeling.
• Proficiency in QuickBase or similar resource planning and management tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
