Resource & Vendor Management Specialist

Tenthpin is a global consulting and technology boutique for the Life Sciences industry, currently seeking a highly organized and collaborative Resource & Vendor Management Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, engaging, and managing high-quality external consultants to support our international transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Building and managing relationships with subcontracting agencies and staffing partners across international markets.
• Developing and maintaining talent pools of high-quality consultants to support current and future business demand.
• Partnering with Resource Management, Delivery Leads, and Partners to understand project requirements and priorities.
• Negotiating rates and commercial agreements with agencies and subcontracting partners.
• Producing reporting and insights relating to vendor performance, consultant utilization, and spend.

Requirements

• Experience within Resource Management, Vendor Management, Contract Recruitment, or Workforce Planning.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work directly with senior leaders.
• Proven experience negotiating rates, contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
