Remote Salesforce Technical Consultant (Independent Contractor) - Poland

Precursive is looking for a dedicated Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this fully remote role, you will work alongside experienced Solution Architects to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations, focusing on hands-on configuration, data migration, and deployment tasks to ensure customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as flows, page layouts, and validation rules.
• Execute data migration tasks, including mapping, transformation, and importing data into the platform.
• Manage the deployment of configuration changes from sandbox environments to production.
• Support the project lifecycle by refining test scripts, assisting in UAT, and resolving configuration-related issues.
• Create training documentation and end-user guides to facilitate product adoption.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a Salesforce-related role, such as an Administrator or Junior Consultant.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Record Types, and permission sets.
• Proven experience with data migration processes and deploying configurations via Change Sets or Gearset.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams and customers.
