Remote Reporting Analyst

Coalition Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Reporting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, proofreading, and analyzing digital marketing campaign reports, ensuring that our clients receive clear, data-driven insights to support their SEO and PPC strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Write comprehensive bi-monthly and initial SEO campaign reports for clients.
• Perform quality assurance checks and proofreading on reports completed by other team members.
• Analyze campaign trends and provide strategic insights regarding performance and opportunities.
• Track internal deliverables, project status updates, and campaign metrics.
• Present complex digital marketing data in a clear, client-friendly, and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent grammar.
• Extreme attention to detail and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices, ranking factors, and current digital marketing trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively under pressure.
