Remote Machine Learning Engineer

Spotter Labs is seeking a dedicated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI-powered products. You will play a key role in building, training, and deploying machine learning models while collaborating closely with our software engineering team to solve complex, real-world technical challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models to improve product functionality.
• Prepare and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality model training.
• Deploy and maintain machine learning models within production environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML solutions into our core products.
• Monitor model performance and continuously iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional experience in machine learning, software engineering, or data science, or strong personal projects demonstrating these skills.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and version control using Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
