In this role, you will play a key part in assisting clients with researching, selecting, and securing the perfect hotel accommodations to meet their specific travel needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting clients with comprehensive hotel research and managing reservation processes.
• Providing detailed information regarding hotel amenities, pricing structures, and current availability.
• Communicating effectively with clients through phone, email, and various online messaging platforms.
• Maintaining accurate and organized records of all bookings and client interactions.
• Participating in virtual training sessions and regular team meetings to stay updated on travel trends.
