Remote Customer Service with German

Czym będziesz się zajmować? Handling customer inquiries regarding technical issues and product functionality. Diagnosing reported problems and proposing solutions. Providing product-related information. Registering requests in internal systems. Working remotely with flexible availability within project operating hours (Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-16:00). Kogo poszukujemy? Very good command of German (Advanced). Good command of English (Basic). Experience in customer service. Basic knowledge of household appliances (e.g., washing machine, refrigerator, TV). Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Stable wired internet connection and a quiet environment for service provision. Ability to work with computer tools efficiently. Availability of at least 120 hours per month (flexible distribution).
