📌 Scope of cooperation:

• Answering customer requests or inquiries in Russian.

• Comprehensive customer service in the field of solving problems related to the financial area.

• Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs.

• Supporting customers in accordance with project guidelines.

• Maintaining quality standards defined for the project.

💎 Our requirements:

• Excellent Russian spoken language skills (C1/C2) mandatory.

• Good command of English (B2).

• Basic understanding of Polish (part of the training - first 2 weeks -are held in Polish so basic Polish understanding is required).

• Services may be provided during the project's operating hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.), depending on the collaborator's declared availability.

• Due to project demand, availability on Mondays is highly appreciated.

• Participation in project preparation sessions before the start of cooperation is required. The planned onboarding is expected to begin on August 3 and last approximately 3 days.

• Empathy, active listening, and time management skills.

🤝 What we offer:

• Civil contract with an hourly rate of 33,50 PLN gross/h.
