Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our hotel booking services.
• Qualify leads and schedule consultations for our travel advisors and hotel specialists.
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts, client interactions, and appointment statuses.
• Respond to basic inquiries and direct more complex questions to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and client-focused demeanor.
• Comfortable engaging with clients via phone or video conferencing platforms.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with online calendars or CRM tools.
• Must be 18 or older with access to a reliable personal computer and stable internet connection.
