Release Manager

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining release strategies and release schedules.
• Coordinating deployments and transitions between DEV, TEST, UAT and PROD environments.
• Managing release management and change management processes.
• Preparing deployment documentation and post-release reports.
• Coordinating the work of development, testing, operations and business teams.
• Monitoring release status and identifying deployment risks.
• Ensuring compliance of deployments with ITIL/DevOps standards and best practices.
• Cooperating with external vendors and supporting continuous improvement of deployment processes.

Requirements

• Experience in Release Management, Deployment Management or IT Service Management.
• Knowledge of deployment processes and change management.
• Experience in coordinating deployments in multi-system environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL and DevOps practices.
• Very good organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

• ITIL, Agile, Scrum or DevOps certifications.
• Experience in corporate environments.
