We are seeking a Reinsurance Operations Specialist to join our growing team and provide essential operational support across our reinsurance brokerage and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex reinsurance contract terms to ensure full compliance and clarity.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including data entry, validation, and maintenance of accurate records.
• Collaborate with technical accounting and claims teams to verify coverage, process settlements, and ensure data integrity.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies while maintaining clear audit trails for all risk information.
• Contribute to process improvements and the development of technical delivery standards to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the reinsurance industry with a strong grasp of brokered placements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail and quantitative accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with modern office software.
